I've been wanting to buy some inkodye ever since I saw this project:
If you haven't heard about Inkodye, go check out their website - this product looks so cool and I can't wait to try it out. I ordered a small bottle of blue/green and got my shipping order and they said because I was a brand new customer they threw in an extra bottle! SO COOL!!!!
Can't wait to make some fun stuff (and post about it of course).

Who knew??? A blog in Hungary featuring me???
Posted by Lisa Davis at 6:58 AM
The only way I knew about this was by looking at my stats. I noticed a referring link that I didn't recognize so I clicked on it and investigated. To my surprise shock a blogger over in France Hungary had featured my rocking chair redo
That's pretty cool, right? So here's a shout out to Otthon videken for featuring me! :)

I was featured! :)

It's so exciting to be featured on someones blog! Reduce, Reuse, UPcycle featured my shower curtain turned nap mat. One of my favorites! :)
I haven't been on my blog (or anyone else's for that matter) in a while, what with family in town and then school started this week AND in another week I'll start back teaching. My guess it'll get even worse then! :(
I have several projects I'm in the middle of - hopefully I'll get them done sooner than later, but for now I wanted to give a shout out to Reduce, Reuse, UPcycle. Her blog is all about featuring items that were made from an old unwanted something. Saw some cute ideas on there! Check it out!

i WANT WANT WANT (and need) a Silhouette!!!!!
Posted by Lisa Davis at 6:15 AM
I have been seeing all of the amazing projects that can be done with a Silhouette machine and I NEED one!!! This is getting ridiculous! When am I ever going to get one?!?!?! :( I have registered to win one with every give-away and I never win (not surprising). I even contacted Silhouette to see if I could review one and give one away on my blog - the response... "we have opted not to...etc. etc. etc." What else is a girl to do????? Now, you might be saying to yourself, "suck it up and buy one like everyone else". Well I would if I had ANY money! Might think I'm over-exaggerating. Nope! Just got our utility bill. $520 FOR ONE MONTH!!! Are you freakin kidding me???!!!?!?!?! Ugh... okay now that my ranting pity party is over, I'm going to work on smoothing out some floor vinyl for a new project I'm working on. Thanks for sticking through this (longer than needed to be) complaining post! :(
